I love most every Savennieres for the steely straight face, sometimes with a smirk. A mix of silvers and yellows and greens - silver skinned with little flecks of gold.

These are sturdy whites I like to drink at cellar temp, warm so they don’t condense on the glass. That’s when the tropical fruits come alive.

Aromas here are lemon poppyseed coffee cake with passion fruit syrup. Starfruit and popcorn kernel. Tingly acid daggers in the sides of your tongue. Big long lasting flavors of lime blossom and spiced baked apple.
