Perfect accompaniment to some vegetarian thai food with just the feintest touch of fruit sweetness to cut through some spice. Quite textural and slightly higher levels of tangy acidity. Poached pears galore, kiwi fruit with some saline like notes and clove. Beautiful wine. Cheap as dirt, such a steal
