Lemon zest, grapefruit and a hint of asparagus on the nose. Pale gold color. Beautifully layered starting with crispy acidity building on the palate with a full, oily mouthfeel with nice minerality (wet stone) leading to a lingering round finish. Lots of green apples and honey here.
