Cloudy rusty brown-red. Red fruit, leather, wild yeast. Reminds me a little of an aged Rioja. Light bodied. Tart blackberry with dusty tannins. A little liquorice-like sweetness.

Translucent, superannuated color...like old-fashioned Savigny. Dried fruits, forest floor, sap. A touch of mint/pine that makes it resemble Alpine Pinot Noir. Moderately tannic, but finishes nicely. #litenbuffel #niagaraescarpment #pinotnoir
