45 % Merlot, 40 % Cabernet Sauvignon and 15% Cabernet Franc aged in French oak.
Bright ruby red with aromas of plum, cocoa and herbal savouriness.
Bright acidity with red plum, raspberries, blackcurrant and licorice. Wagyu beef from Iwate, Japan was on the menu.

We’ve let this one age in the little cellar for the last 5 years. Wild blueberry jam, eucalyptus and white pepper on the nose. Medium bodied with well balanced tannins and a herbaceous and stewed black fruit palate with a dry finish.
