Jul 2nd, 2022The LF guys were kind enough to pull this mag from their library for me - the 2010 White Hill (had to be relabeled) 62.5% Zotovich Vineyard, 12.5% Kessler-Haak, 12.5% Rita’s Crown. Sublime.

Nov 26th, 2020Now showing more of a flinty/ matchstick nose. Showing through with some muted lemon zest. Pallet still plenty of freshness, but showing just a touch of age with the bruised green apple notes

Jul 22nd, 2020Wow wow wow. Big Bang citrus with lemon and grapefruit fruit. Very little oak if any. Maybe neutral barrel aging. Long, long finish. Acidity perfectly balanced.

Aug 21st, 2019Nikki & Jeff Nelson joined together with Dragonette Cellars winemaker, Brandon Sparks-Gillis, & craft 2 very different small production Chards. Blend 2 stylistically different wines, from 7 vineyards, with little intervention, minimal oak, no additives just pure expressions of Chard! White Hill is more Chablis-like of the 2; aromas of stone and tropical fruits with citrus notes. On the palate peach, pineapple and ripe apple with citrus and mineral wrapped in generous acidity. Fresh, medium+ finish ending with citrus and mineral character.
