Really really beautiful wine. A touch of matchstick reduction, buttery lemon curd, creme brûlée, brine, pear, key lime. Intensity and laser accuracy where rich texture and penetrating acid combine. Really long finish. Definitely a Cali chard built for a burg boy. Enjoyed with a quarantine quiche w/sausage, spinach and Parmesan.

Creme brûlée, pears, ... but not fat or buttery... just the opposite. Laser beams of crepe brûlée and pears which is awesome!

I’m not sure what I was expecting, but this want it. And I mean that in a good way. I decanted it for 3 hours before finally began to unfurl itself. Briney minerality, pineapple, bruised pear. Piercing acidity. Very interesting and I’m curious to see how this will change over the years. Texturally very interesting.

Take it home and drink it. Roast a chicken in its honor.

Razor sharp. Honest and focused example of Chardonnay to compete with the greats. Brilliant!

On taking this wine for a second spin I'm convince she has diamonds on the soles of her shoes and she's tappin out puttin on the Ritz! Anyone who doubts American chard should get the chance to smell this wine followed by an immediate slap in the face from Homie the Clown's sock
