Little funk right when you open it. Very overripe- almost fuzzy strawberry, underripe lemon, wet cave, and old dried up herbs. I know it sounds less than ideal when you break it down - but I like it! Give it some time to open up and the fruit will show you more, with some solid acidity too boot! 😉

Fruit forward on both nose and palate, but still very dry. Tart cherry, still slightly green strawberries and white pepper. Finish shows some spice, some light fruit and lasts for awhile.
