Green apples, Asian pear, Marcona Almonds, apricot, and fall spices fill in the body. True Jim Law artistic style; I suspect little to no malo, mostly neutral oak but lots of sur lie aging give this wine plenty of character and texture!

Still fresh but a bit more concentrated than the 2009 that was just reviewed. Green apple, pear and a big bite of lime zest. Still quite tart with Spicy oak. Great balance

Tension, purity, verve and filigree come to mind here and can only take the mind to one place for Chardonnay: Chablis. OK so now the mind is set in Chablis with style but then we take a different take on the finish that was crazy long and pure, dry extract on full display here as this hummed along nicely to the finish. Another amazing Chardonnay from Jim Law at Linden.

Cabernet, Merlot, and Petit Verdot. Blackberry and black pepper with no under-ripeness. Secondary oak flavors integrate well with the smoky and earthy character. Not screaming, but fine-grained and harmonious.
