This is Pinot Blanc, not Chardonnay. Straw gold with lots of tiny little bubbles. Aromas of yeast, pears and orange peel. Light bodied with bright acidity, when frothed up in the mouth it gets nice and creamy without any flavor being lost. It starts off with a rush of green apple and gets a serious dose of lime juice on the midpalate. Finishes with green apple and honey. Excellent character.
