Boom. Drinking beautifully. Opened over an hour before tasting. Muscular but not overpowering. Nice fruit. Well balanced on the palate dark fruit and blackberry on the nose. Very long finish. Bravo @Lewis

Dark black cherry color with garnet rim. Smokey and vanilla notes on the nose with big Napa grape fruit. Smooth tannins after 1 hour decanting. #lewiscellars #NapaValley

Decanted this 2009 Lewis Reserve and then blind tasted against Addax. While the Addax was well balanced and smooth, the Lewis burst with green pepper on the nose and continued with a spice tinge and tobacco background. Beautiful fruit tones that will complement this wine over time.
