Ethan's Napa Valley Syrah

Bright purple and violet color. Very young. Over oaked from my point of view. Nice pure blueberries and blackberries, liquorice, cedar box and tobacco leaves on the nose. Smooth and round mouthfeel, also nice acidity makes your mouth watering. Solid Syrah but definitely not great. Decanting is a must! Btw sry for the crappy pic lol... 2014 vintage. 15.5% alc but it's very under control.

Grilled bacon aroma at first that blows off and reveals dark fruit, and leather. Full-bodied and delicious!

Like this much better than the cab - less of an infused pipe-tobacco flavor - actually delicious

Quite delicious. Big wine, aromatic, dark fruit at its core, pleasant tannic grip on the finish.

Received as a gift. Very well made and Val ace but to much new oak and jam for me. Certainly to young when I drank but to really mellow this will need some time.

First coravined on 02/03/19. Drinking well today

Full bodied and fruit forward but feels fresh. Good concentration. A bit inky but displaying lovely blue and purple hues also evident on the palate leading to a medium-long finish.

Delicious blueberry and plums with savory meat juice at the same time!! Very nice wine!!

Oh daddy like. Daddy like a lot. So wonderful start to finish.
