Gama-Sutra Gamay

I typically love funky wines but this might be a touch too much. The funk overshadows all the fruit for me. Definitely some carbonic going on. Cinnamon, smoke, and a little bit of cola. 🥤

Fresh apples, and hints of spice. Always good. But only the first night. Usually dies by day two.

2012. Fresh, fruity and funky for our 35 day dry-aged ribeye

Nice fairly simple but pleasant and thirst-quenching. Solidly sans sulfur, with plenty of funk, but light and quaffable.

A good classic #gamay with enough individuality to separate itself from Beaujolais. #vdp

I need more of this

2012 (tiny print on far right of label). Oooooh, Gamay from the Loire! Very pretty red cherry fruit and rose petals, carbonic showing through, and silex minerality on the backside.

Might need more time
