Les Vignerons d'Estézargues
Cuvée des Galets Côtes du Rhône Red Rhone Blend
Bright purple color.
When poured and nosed, a bit funky. Tasted and some obvious CO2 present. Gave the bottle a good shake with the cork in and tried again.
Slightly rustic, plummy fruit with more freshness than the 2014 Beaujolais of the night before.
Good but not great. Should probably drink this producer young, as the unfiltered status does bode well for transported bottles...

Solid. Medium bodied, the finish is a bit drying/rustic.

Jun 7th, 2022Vintage 2018 / pleasurewine, very quaffable with frivolous raspberry impressions. Paired with a tajine from pumpkin, chickpeas, tomatoes and apricot. Worked well!

Fruité, gourmand ! Un régal sur des grillades ! Extrêmement appréciable pendant les grosses chaleurs !
