@Delectable Wine - This is the Santenay Blanc. New oak leads on the nose, with really nice ripe apple, verging into each, fruit and some Burgundian gravel. On the palate, the wine has a nice soft mouthfeel and reasonably complex flavors, maybe tilting a bit too much on the oaky side if I were to quibble.
