Cherry, mushrooms, wet leaves, forest floor, autumnal. More body than expected, while still retaining good acidity. Wonderful to see that WNY terroir shining through! @Jonathan Oakes killing it.

Baking spice, cherry, earth, and an elegant silky texture. An incredible New York State Pinot. Paired with Moroccan-spiced chicken thighs, and this echoed the flavors beautifully.

Slaying. Beautiful color, earth and wet leaves upon opening, cherries and spice showing off a couple hours in. 11.6 abv, acid still going strong. Need more. Thank you, @Jonathan Oakes !
