Was not your typical extra dry prosecco. It was actually on the dry side if just a little softer.

Very interesting, bone dry Prosecco with lots of minerality. Really compelling. Can Prosecco do this?

New to the market Extra Dry. One of the driest extra dries I've had, if that makes any sense.

Perfect for first warm muggy day of Spring. And great for “Shelter in Place.”

Very light bodied and almost non existent mouthfeel, but in a nice way. A simple aperitif wine with good flavor of apples and hint of citrus

Sublime when I drank it chilled on a 95°F day. It warmed up and was *still* sublime. A tad spendy for a prosecco at $20 and not quite as nuanced as a good Champagne, but still worth every penny.
