The noof da poop. Little young. Needed a couple hours to open.

2005. Rocking as hard as the stones. Garrigue, sweet dark berries, flint.

And the flowers are still standing.

So much complexity. Fruit, savory, spice. Still very tight. Drinking with Cajun boudin while listening to the new Ryan Bingham album.

2007

Perhaps the best bottle of this wine I have had at such a young age. Spice, herbs, wild fennel, bramble. Grenache as God intended it.
