De Moors are back in town! I think they’re now farming one of the vineyards they purchase this fruit from. Not their own so lower price tag. Lemon, stones, saline. Delicious!

The sourced fruit label from Alice et Olivier De Moor. Absolutely killer! Loved the slightly bruised pear, bruised apple notes along with a chiseled mineral backbone that made it bright & energetic. 🥰
