Le Morette di Valerio Zenato
Bardolino Classico Classico Corvina Blend
Valerio Zenato Bardolino Classico 'Le Morette' 2017.
Pale ruby. Delicate nose of tart red fruits. Light bodied, nearly imperceptible tannin. Very good with Sunday supper of pastas, rapini etc. Quaffable.

I’m in love - light and agile wine with chalk and slight char aromas - textural similarly to Beaujolais but aromas reminiscent of Sicily

Oct 25th, 2018I don’t like the term glou-glou but this is that. Super light and fruity. Nose has bright berry juice and hedgerow, along with a bit of dark spice. In the mouth, it’s pure silky juice. Berries and a tad of clean, not cloying, almond paste at the end. Zero tannin. Nothing to contemplate; just wash down your food.
