Single Vineyard Monterey County Joseph's Blend

More medium than I expected. The obvious notes we got were Mexican chocolate but with a peppery kick and a leather finish. Could use a few more years in the cellar.

Drank at Camp with papa’s smoked venison haunch. Balances good dark fruit and earthiness. Good pairing with the food. Also good after.

This is amazing. So glad we let it rest for a bit.
