Not much going on in this (Charmat method) sparkling wine and definitely on the lean side of a Rosè.

Fresh fruit--strawberries, some raspberries, a touch of grass, but still has just enough of the characteristic Chardonnay brioche to round it out. Very pleased, especially for the price. Easy to drink and to pair.

Pale rosé with aromas of raspberry and strawberry, medium dry, slight floral notes at the end, delicious by itself or mixed as a Bellini or Mimosa. Good summer brunch bubbly.

Bit of sweet at the start but finishes a little bit dry. Nice bubbles. Whatever is unused today will make excellent mimosas in the morning.
