Grand Cuvée Brut Rosé Blend

A little sweet with fresh berries on the nose

Dry. Would like it to be a little sweeter. Good bubbles. D and S liked the dryness as is.

Basic, easy drinking sparkling. Med acidity, artificial raspberry/blackberry.

Bright and lively. Strawberry and bready aromas. Dry.

Dosage = 12 g/L.
Not much going on in this (Charmat method) sparkling wine and definitely on the lean side of a Rosè.

Fresh fruit--strawberries, some raspberries, a touch of grass, but still has just enough of the characteristic Chardonnay brioche to round it out. Very pleased, especially for the price. Easy to drink and to pair.

Not delicious, but it looked so cute. Thought I’d try it with some BBQ pizza. Turns out it would be best with a splash of juice in it. Better destined for a mimosa than a stand-alone.🤷🏻‍♀️

Pale rosé with aromas of raspberry and strawberry, medium dry, slight floral notes at the end, delicious by itself or mixed as a Bellini or Mimosa. Good summer brunch bubbly.

Enjoyed the 187 ML bottle for $15 at Fogo in Boston. Great taste, a little sweet, but not too sweet.
