Cranberry pop rocks, watermelon, sugared lime and rosy sunshine. Nice acidity, refreshing and versatile. ***An ideal date night pour***

Really unexpected Bardolino from Rondinella and Corvina. Super minerally, some tart cherry, cranberry, orange and almost...chalk? On the nose there's chalk. Finish falls off but the intensity of flavor makes up for it.

Tart apple, refreshing and dry. It’s 12% alcohol level makes it a kinda fun day drinking choice :-)

Another small producer find by Metro Vino in Calgary. This is a truly unique and wonderful summer Rosé from the Bardolono Appellation is light bronze in appearance, offering a rich mosaic of wild strawberries, peach and fruit aromas. Crisp, dry, with tasty minerality and almost crunchy in its full bodied mouth feel I detected a very slight effervescence. DOC 12.5% alc/vol

62 days of marriage and we are drinking their remaining wedding wine. Salmon color, not a hint of sweetness. This bee also loves it- and is drowning in wine, not a bad way to die (I assure you we rescued him before that happened.)
