Bianco Procanico Blend
Very "natural". Insane high acidity. Give it a lot, A LOT of air in the decanter.

Jun 13th, 2020I like orange wines and I cannot lie... It’s not for everyone but the dry texture and palate as well as great aromatics really make it a versatile wine to pair with food. Apricot, honey on the nose with some tropical fruits on the palate. But the dry finish keeps everything in check.
