Dark fruit with black cherry, blackberry, cassis. But also some lavender, smoky roast, toasted oak. Powerful and with good depth & purity. Fresh, too.
On the palate this packs a punch - big, juicy, chewy tannins, creamy dark fruit and loads of savoury freshness! Not shy nor particularly elegant - but this is good! Esp. with some good Fiorentina! Just give it time to breathe!

A blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah and and Merlot, the tannins in this wine are insanely smooth. The main smells you get are black currant, blackberry, green pepper and pepper (from the Syrah grape). There's a hint of violet when you first smell the wine too!
