Burgundian funk, lean and transparent. Divine!

Subtle green apple, tea with wood notes. Layered and focused fruit

Really great first effort.

Young and aromatic with aromas of apples and pear. Off-dry, medium-full bodied, fresh / tart acidity with subtle soft and round tannins. The palate was showing notes of lemon, yellow apple, baking spices, nutmeg, coconut and some oak. Delicious!

Muted green Apple with layers of fruit and freshness. Touch sweet but very balanced

Delicious. Really nice balance of richness, texture, and acidity.

Just enough fruit. A little toasty, with bright pear but you can see where it's going and it's a good path. Nice restraint and elegance.

Powerful spicy black fruit with a savory edge. Good intensity and high acidity with some notes of char.
