Have to say this bottle surprised us. So brisk and bright with real mineral cut. One of the better big-house entry bottles I’ve tried.

A blend of 50% Chardonnay, 35% Pinot Noir and 15% Meunier, from several vintages. Tried a new batch, pale gold with aromas of citrus and floral notes, fine bubbles and light mousse. On the palate flavors of crisp apples, peach and lemon notes, savory and complex. Long ending with fruit and slight toasty biscuit character. Very nice!

If you haven’t had Champagne after red wine and or with Popcorn Factory Caramel Corn, you should. Delicious!!! One kernel every 2-3 sips. 375ml
