Dr. Kit Sing has developed a sterling reputation for crafting great Rose and this is amongst his finest effort. Brightly hued, the Rose has watermelon tones that are woven together with rose water and suggestions of Gravenstein apple that all come together in the glass. The palate has vibrant minerality with light to medium bodied melon, green apple and strawberry flavors. Bright and youthful, enjoy this beautiful wine over the next several years. Drink 2020-2024- 91

Blend of Grenache, Mourvèdre and Counnoise. Light golden pink in color. Label promised "strawberry, raspberry notes and essence of citrus zest on the palate." I got pear, strawberry and melon notes in the nose, then as described in the mouth. Some astringency on finish, light body and a good amount of acid, almost dry. Good with food, I would think.

Aug 29th, 2017Delicious rose with generous floral and melon aromas, along with a bit of banana laffy taffy on the nose. Strawberry and raspberry flavors with some nice acidity on the palate. Perfect summer wine, and would go great with a variety of foods.

Medium salmon pink. Started with an explosion of roses on the nose from the get go, with layers of melon, and some white floral notes too. Crisp and refreshing with moderate acidity (6.5/10). Light bodied with layers of light and just ripe red berries such as strawberries and raspberries. Zesty characteristics too with blood orange zest and something a little tropical too. Long finish, perfect for the summer. Drink till 2019.

Feb 6th, 2020Pretty rose gold color, interesting blend of Grenache, Mouved, and Counnoise (which I have never heard of). Fresh floral notes and red fruits on the nose, healthy acid, citrus. Little bit of bitterness on medium length/complexity finish. Very drinkable, though not remarkable.
