Seemed smoother and less peaty than usual Laphroaig

The beautiful richness & complexity in this malt come partly from the small barrel maturation. A kaleidoscope of flavours, underpinned by peat & oak. Fantastic.

Evergreen, grapefruit, gingerbread, green onion, cedar, band-aid, and a very clean, smoky peat bouquet! Ridiculously generous complexity on the palate, ranging from caramelized tea biscuit, to smoked, candied lemon peel, parsnip and gunpowder. Long, lingering finish.

Bold and peaty, surprisingly complex and especially smooth for a NAS. Likely new go-to

Nicely rounded with smaller cask. Maybe sherry or orloroso. Big peat per usual.

A more malty and fruity expression of Laphroaig.

Medium peat, very rich flavour
