Beautifully balanced Blanc de Blanc champagne. Big apple aromas and flavors. Light yeasty component. Perfect effervescence. Very easy to drink. Thank you Frankie Bella for starting the party off with this one!

The clarity of the flavor here was amazing--I've never tasted toasted hazelnuts so clearly before in a wine, and they complemented the apple brioche notes so nicely! Great find at birba.
