Reserva Single Vineyard Agrelo Cabernet Franc

Had this nice Cab Franc from Argentina yesterday but wanted to wait until we could see the pictures again!

Best Argentinian Cab Franc we’ve had.

Aromatic. Pushy oak. Chocolatey with lots of baking spice. Fruit’s a bit covered up, craving some restraint but well made, no doubt.

I’m a sucker for cab franc and this doesn’t disappoint. Herbal with wonderful black fruit. This gets better and better as it opens up. Just shows there are some hidden gems in Argentina at a reasonable price point. If you see this, grab it. Good now until 2021. Pretty cool each bottle is wrapped in tissue paper at this price point too. Excellent QPR.

Think muscled up Chinon. Huge wine with clear notes of camphor and eucalyptus. Bell pepper and black pepper hit you right after. Great depth and complexity.

Somewhat leathery with ample tannin.

First time drinking Argentinean Cab Franc. Nice fruit and balance. A little short on the finish. I'd drink again

Too deep for me but delicious for the person who loves black coffee. Tart almost sour finish.

Tasted it and could tell Hector Duriguitii made this wine . Smooth , velvety. Light fruit notes.
