Apple, lime zest and a hint of stone fruit. Nice acidity without too much oak.

Wow! This is some beautiful fruit gone wrong on oak. Beautiful fruit, screaming acid, and just too freaking much new oak.

A very salty, minerally Chardonnay. Minimal oaking. Not your typical Chardonnay.

A rich & expressive Chardonnay with aromas of brioche, apricot & vanilla with a toasty undertone. The palate while relatively full-bodied luckily bringsa bit more fruit expression with peach, baked pear and more vanilla on the finish. A decent pairing with seared salmon & roasted bell peppers, but still a tad imbalanced! [7/22/24] ($25)

Buttery to start, though more olive oil taste. Smooth mouthfeel as the finish.
