With 9yrs age it doesn’t seem like any tannins have dropped. Extremely dense. Tannins are well integrated. Smooth and huge. Dark fruit. Chocolate.

Not typically a fan of Malbec, but this one is delicious. Vanilla notes, suggest American Oak. Very approachable and food friendly.

Not generally a big fan of Malbec, but this one is a keeper. Laird does a nice job delivering on vanilla infused black cherry, fig and dark chocolate. Nicely paired with pulled pork.

Recent Malbec release from Laird- Inky purple color. Aromas of blackberry, mocha and cigar box. Fantastic blackberry jam flavors, roasted coffee, tobacco and spice finish.

Elegant aromas of violet and blueberry emerge from the inky dark liquid in the glass. Great tastes of boysenberries, plums and blackberries with a little bit of earthiness on the palate. A long lingering dark fruit finish with nicely integrated tannins. A very nice wine to start the evening with!

Wonderful way to finish 2015. As a club member I'm a bit partial to Laird, but this one is special
