Tasted at Yountville Tapas Resto Coqueta. So glad they offered a Godello this wine impressed my “hard to please” wife. A winner

Simple- the Avancia godello is better value

Ladera Sagrada has the largest holdings of vineyard land in the Valdeorras appellation, and the bodega makes wine using only the best 20% of its grapes, rest sold in bulk to other producers. Aromas of citrus and stone fruits and slight spicy notes. On the palate peach, lemon and crisp melon flavors and sweet pepper spice. Medium finish, generous acidity ending with mineral character. Nice value. Tasting Sample.

Weighty and richly textured. Lots of savory and tropical fruit notes. Marvelous with curry. Delicious intriguing wine for the price.

Biggie's Fav Godello!

Ripe pear, lychee, floral notes on nose. Soft & decent body with honeydew melon & slate undertones on palate.

Cool grape. Some melon notes. Particularly cantaloupe. Pretty easy acidity. Good price.

Wine is an exploration and discovery is best part of the adventure.
