A nice sparkling wine from Italy.
Showing citrus, green apples, melons and spices.
Medium bodied with medium plus acidity.
Nice and easy drinking. Not bitter, and very nice for the pool. Will pair nicely with food too.
11% alcohol by volume.

Had this about a year ago. An ok Prosecco, others better, look around for others at similar price point. A bit better than my last taste, simple stone fruit and floral aromas. Small bubbles with sweet peach and grapefruit tastes, not as sweet as my notes indicated from a year ago however still missing a good balance between fruit and crispness. An ok Prosecco for $11, better yet grab a cava for about the same price with better quality. Tasting Sample.

not too sweet, BIG apple with some citrus. acidic nose, lemon. Had at Sparkling Tasting Total wine 11/2/24. Had again was more subtle on the apple with slight honeysuckle. Great for spring/summer time.
