On the palate plum, raspberry and currant flavors adding cinnamon and vanilla spice, cedar, leather wrapped in lively acidity. Fine grain tannins, medium+ finish with good integration of oak. Very good offering. Nice Value.

Been sitting on this bottle for 5-6 years, maybe a year or two too long. Noted rim variation, & although a bit faded still paired well with a grilled ribeye 🥩🍷

70/30 Malbec/Merlot Blend with a bold purple color. Aromas of plums, currants and red berries with a hint of violets. Tart red/black berry flavors. Much more restrained than a New World Malbec. Medium acidity and tannins. Long finish. Solid QPR.

bottle for less than 10 € at Monop ’Biodynamic. 100% Malbec ... superb bottle associating the freshness of a wine and early fruit "with the usual thick notes of the grape variety and appellation. The mouth is wonderfully lined with supple but present tannins, sip after sip.
