The buttercups have unraveled and the anemones are in full bloom. Beautiful. This one is a real treat. Rich, ruby hue and bouquet of pomegranate, a perfume of clove and leather.

The deep, beet red flavor of pomegranate (again) and a bracing acidity. This really opens up with time, but it’s just so fun and energizing to gulp down. To savor. To sip.

Absolutely incredible. Blackberries that I think are common in barbera - but cocoa for the win. Luscious and full, still acidic to clean up afterward. Last bottle in the restaurant, and thanks to Sebastian the sommelier.
