Biancospino Moscato d'Asti

Well someone had to order this to end the night. Wasn’t me. I prefer a ruby port. However, after having the light effervescent sweetness of this Moscato, I was ok with this choice. Fun for the wife’s 21st annual 29th birthday cake.

A fabulous moscato to finish with my dessert! Marks having port with a Chocolate indulgence dessert!

Denser/more syrupy than usual but still very good.

Like a Sauternes spritzer. Didn't realize Moscato d'Asti was not the same thing as Moscato. Live and learn...

Wonderful lilac and honey on the nose. So much so that my kids said it smelled like soap! Maybe a little high on residual sugar for my taste (relative to other Moscatos).
