What an unusual bottle!!
Pale yellow/green color.
The nose was very "french style": bread yeasts, dry fruits and a bit green. Elegant!
Round in the mouth, with just the right acidity, and a hint of wood.
A very nice surprise: really loved it.

Metodo classico ottenuto da uve cortese di Gavi . 10 anni sui lieviti e si apprezzano tutti . Ampio al naso . In bocca tripudio di frutta secca e noccioline .
