95%Temp, 5% Mazuelo
Fruit here is more serious and less open than the Crianza, red fruit with light background notes of nutmeg and cinnamon (not too pronounced) an intriguing. Great acidity and fruit sweetness with some umami notes and a wonderful dried strawberry finish.

Open. Soft tannins very smooth. Mid finish. Drink up. Little bret on open blew off black cherry balsamic some sour tarts on nose as well. Good not Graeme at.
