Gave off a lot of brett at first....then that subsided and Blue and Black fruits spread out on the palette, followed by cherry pipe tobacco and sweet fig. Fantastic slow aging value Rioja.

Maturing nicely. Would rate higher but couldn't shake bitter espresso character...these wines are certainly marked more by oak than other traditional houses imho
