Hard for me to get past how green the nose is. Super stemmy, almost to the point of underripe Cab. Palate has some nice texture but like TCA, it's hard to escape the greenness of the wine.

Beautiful color. Really developing well. Beautiful cigar, sweet leather, rose, chocolate covered cherry cream candy. Still very good tannin structure and acidity that develops on the top of the tongue. There’s a lot of life left to this wine.

First wine after dry January. Great nose red fruit tobacco. Raspberry Maraschino cherry hint of oak and tobacco. Full bodied great mid palat length and complexity. Delicious wine in a great vintage. Well integrated tannins tgat are smooth and very pleasant. Love it Delicious. One left drink in next 5 years.

Big boy Brunello. Wet earth, French oak, plum, tar, spice. Seductive nose. Juicy dark fruits, oak shavings, bone dry tannin. Powerful and persistent. Decanted for 6+ hrs. Cellar for 5-10 more years.
