あの2005の葡萄が素晴らしいバランス感覚によって見事なワインになっている。濃厚な味わいはそのままに柔らかく造ってあるためか、擬似的に古酒を味わっているような感覚になる。しかし、所詮は夢。濃厚さゆえのとろみと、極端にマットな味わいが不気味でもある。透明感はないが、とても魅力あるワインだと思う。
