Aug 14th, 2020Restrained nose of sour cherry, spice and mineral. Some fresh rain. Floral as well. Very fragrant. Palate is super fresh with lovely purity and density. Lovely mouth coating tannins that are finely threaded and super present but never intrusive. Very elegant and fine. Like in a Margaux style.

Ah, detta är gott och välgörande. Något spiltigt, lite gräs, torkat kött, sån där polsk korv, som när jag kom in i min morfars kök när han gjorde korv. Oklart vad den exakt innehöll. Samt lite lavendel. Ganska pepprigt. Lite mint och tjära.
