Didn't think a petite sirah could age so well! Ultra smooth. Seems like the tannins became more integrated over time. Black velvet.

Nov 24th, 2014I generally dismiss most everything ‘97 Napa valley because who loves sludge? Gross generalizations aside, seek the misty mountain tops in this year for the feral reward only the most penitent of palates deserves. This wine is alive and it cares not for your faint hearted flattery. It desires action and verve and sexy jazz flutes from the tabletop of the adjacent couple scared out of their minds for this is the kingdom and the power and the glory you sniveling coward of a man.
