Peet moss and earth on the nose carry on to the mid palate, evolving in crushed granite, currants and herbs. A true terroir focused wine with little manipulation done during the winemaking process.

Meaty nose. Sweet but pinch nose and you don’t get much sweetness. Strawberry, raspberry. Silky.

Complex, tart, juicy, stinky, and spicy. This will absolutely reek in about 5 years and I can’t wait!

Very typical C9P profile. Red fruits, herbs and garigues. Alcohol is well balanced. I don't think it will improve from here on.
