Ripe without being seasonal. Works equally well chilled as it does room temp. Versatile without being utilitarian. Alarmingly complex for the price point (under $50) - surprising find at our corner wine shop

Beautiful wine. Could age for far longer if desired. Soft and supple mouthfeel, lemon meringue and fresh baked French bread. Very happy.

Pear and apricot, first taste is pleasantly yeasty start, due to proper care in storage. Tight but velvety bubbles. A connoisseur and crowd pleaser.

Intense lime, toast, white peach aroma. Slight bitterness and or tannin. M+ body, H sour, dry. Flavors are strong, maybe heavy handed.

High class Champagne is this. I could enjoy the flavor, and particularly matured taste. With good aroma, though most sparkling wines don't have it. @5080, Evax-TBellini
