Gold copper. Wildly fragrant. Flower shop, cured meats, pepper, tangy peach. M+ body, sour, light bitterness. Long skin maceration gives it a slight stick of tannin. Awesome. — 8 years ago

10 years old. Whew. Deep gold. Fusel. Nail polish. Almost undrinkable Easier the next day. Smells of fermented pineapple and decaying flowers and honey and cheap moscato. Dry, but waxy, and big alcohol. Bitter. Disappointing but interesting. — 8 years ago
