So good. And this is the first Chablis I've ever had. It has a wonderful buttery character that defines a barrel-aged Chardonnay. Smooth, soft... one of my new favourites.

Holding up well with golden hue and slight funk on the nose. Much improved over the next hour. Fun to sip and share with oysters and dipping sauce. Saline and crisp and a match for the crustaceans. Great co-op.👍

A softer, rounder style with the wood ageing nicely supporting the shy yellow stone fruit. Good, juicy acidity with ripe lemons, a touch of chalky minerality and good length. Paired very nicely with Sole Meunière. A well made Chablis.
